The alderlea T6 is tested with an average of 64% efficiency, or 3.5 star rating. This is 17% more efficient than other heaters in this range (meaning you will burn 17% less wood per year). As for emissions, the alderlea T6 is tested at 1.1 grms, or 4.5 star rating (that’s 55% cleaner burning than most wood heaters in this class).
The trivet top opening up to allow cooking directly on the alderlea firebox top is a brilliant design which makes the alderlea fire a serious multi purpose heater
It may look like a traditional cast iron heater, but under the 140kg of cast outer casing, is the most modern wood heater.
The total weight of this heater is 265kg.
The 450mm (18″) depth of the firebox allows you to put some serious logs in your fire – perfect for giving long overnight burn.
And servicing the Alderlea T6 is so easy, you can do it your self. This heater also has EBT (Extended Burntime Technology) which means no matter how windy or how long your flue is… your burn times will not reduce!
